Facilities

The Chicago Culture Center was opened on June 28th, 1995 as the center of activites for SGI-USA members in the Midwest. The Culture Center has received many awards for its innovative architecture, including the Religious Art and Architecture Design Awards from the Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art, and Architecture (IFRAA) and the Merit in Architecture Award from the American Institute of Architects. The Center offers the following facilites to support the members' activites:

Room reservations can be made via a room reservation form in person at the CCC, by phone or faxed to 312-913-0988, attn: Cindy Carlson.


CCC Hours

Monday through Friday – 9am ~ 8:30pm

1st Saturday every month – 8am ~ 8:30pm

All other Saturdays – 8am ~ 5pm

Sundays – 8am ~ 5pm



Bookstore Hours

Sunday - 9:30am ~ 3:30pm

Monday, Thursday, and Friday - 10am ~ 6pm

Tuesday and Wednesday - 10am ~ 8pm

Saturday - 10am ~ 4pm

Every 1st Saturday - 10am ~ 8:30pm
